We are actively searching for individuals who are both talented and compassionate to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and assistance to our clients. Your responsibilities will span a diverse range of tasks, all aimed at ensuring the well-being and comfort of those under your care. This dynamic role requires flexibility in terms of availability to meet the diverse needs of our clients, including mornings, days, afternoons, evenings, nights, sleepovers, weekends, and public holidays.

  • Delivering essential care and providing support in daily activities.
  • Offering assistance to individuals with disabilities.
  • Aiding with personal care and addressing hygiene needs.
  • Fostering independence and empowerment among clients.

Core Requirements

Few of them are:

  • Australian Driver’s License, and ability to travel with comprehensive insurance.
  • Current First Aid Certificate.
  • Current Working with Children’s Check and NDIS worker screening check.
  • Current National Police Check.
  • Reliable, responsible attitude towards work and able to commit to regular hours ongoing.
